Using Tech to Bring Philanthropic Minds Together to Do Good

This past summer the I.G. Advisors team published our first report in a series titled “Embracing the Power of Community,” where we dove into the ways in which high-net-worth-individuals — especially next-gens — are craving to learn and grow in their philanthropy alongside others in online spaces. We received overwhelming interest from philanthropic intermediaries, nonprofits and individuals to learn more, and we are pleased to share our second report on the topic.

In this second report, we explore takeaways from the extensive design, build and testing process of our new online platform, with a focus on what prompts greater giving from wealth holders and the role technology has in doing so.

Whether you are interested in starting a new group, you already have an offline community that you plan to bring online, or you have an existing online group that has not taken off, these learnings can be a resource to help strengthen your work and bring your members or clients together to take action for social good.

If you are interested in learning more about this work and the plans for our new digital platform, please reach out to lauren@ig-advisors.com.
